BAY CITY -- The following is a message from the Bay City Police:
On Tuesday, May 11, 2010 at 1:26 a.m., Bay City Police officers were dispatched to a house in the 400 blk. of S. Catherine Street, on Bay City's west side, for a complaint of a loud underage drinking party.
Officers spoke with one subject outside and attempted to speak with the residents. After receiving no answer, officers obtained and executed a search warrant. Officers located 12 people in the house, all under the age of 21.
9 minors between the ages of 17 and 20 were cited, and one 16 year old was petitioned to Bay County Probate Court, for Minor in Possession of Alcohol charges.
Officers had been called to this house in the past by neighbors for similar loud parties and problems with the guests.
