The woman accused of standing by as her four year old son was beaten to death by her boyfriend, Brandon Hayes, was in court Wednesday.
Corrine Baker had a preliminary hearing regarding her parole violation. Baker has previous drug charges and allegedly violated her parole last month.
Baker was taken into custody just days after her son, Dominick Calhoun, was found dead in their Argentine Township apartment.
Baker also faces second degree child abuse and murder charges in the death of her son.
A $1,000 bond was set Thursday for the parole violation case. Baker is scheduled to appear in court June 17th.
