Bridge work on M-83 in Frankenmuth Township is scheduled to begin next week.

This $842,000 project, which is located between Curtis and Townline roads (just south of Bronner's), includes bridge replacement and approach work.

For the duration of this project, one lane of alternating traffic will be maintained using a temporary traffic signal.

For up-to-date information on this project, go to the list of statewide lane closures at: www.michigan.gov/drive.

The work is expected to be finished in mid-August.
