FLINT -- A Flint Police Officer is recovering after being run over by one of his own.
The accident happened on Hobson St. Wednesday afternoon.
As one cop ran after a suspected robber, a patrol car pulled up to back him up. Investigators tell NBC25 the driver hit the officer as he ran out from between two homes.
The officer hit suffered minor injuries.
The suspected thief is in custody.
