Stocks were down today and gave up Tuesday's gains.
The Dow dropped below 10,000 points for the first time since early February, the Nasdaq was down 15 points and the S&P 500 was down more than six points.
Oil prices were up $2 per barrel.
Gold prices increased $15 an ounce.
