SAGINAW -- NBC25 has mistakenly reported that a 6 month old baby died after being shot in Saginaw in September 2009. The baby, however, did not die in the shooting. Judge Borchard tells NBC25 the child was in court Monday as jurors continued deliberating in the case.
16 year old Jordan Granderson allegedly shot at the car on Walnut St. and injured a driver and a 6 month old child.Jurors were deadlocked on the case Monday afternoon, but a verdict is expected to be reached early this week.
