The Frankenmuth Jaycees went to the U.S. Jaycee National Year End Convention in New Orleans in June. They had submitted two projects for the convention this year. One was the World Expo of Beer under Community Fundraising. The second was for the playground project, under Children and Youth Services.
The Frankenmuth Jaycees took second for the World Expo of Beer and came in First for the playground project on the National Level. Thank you to all of the Jaycees for their hard work, because without the efforts of the many Jaycees none of this would be possible.
The Michigan Jaycees give young adults between the ages 21 and 40 the tools they need to build the bridges of success for themselves and their communities in the areas of business development, individual development, community involvement and international connections.
