(AP) -- Beginning today, MDOT will close the southbound Clio Road circle ramp to southbound I-475 in Genesee County with traffic detoured.
Motorists traveling southbound on Clio Road will be rerouted onto to Coldwater Road, where they will travel east, then take northbound Saginaw Street to southbound I-475.
Crews also will close the northbound Clio Road circle ramp to northbound I-475. Northbound Clio Road traffic will be detoured to southbound I-475, where they can take the Saginaw Street exit to northbound I-475.
The northbound and southbound Clio Road circle ramps will be closed for approximately three months through mid-October.
Beginning Wednesday, MDOT is scheduled to close 14th Street under I-475 with traffic detoured.
Motorists traveling east on 14th Street will be rerouted onto northbound Harrison Street, then east on 12th Street to southbound Clifford Street.
Motorists traveling west on 14th Street will be rerouted to northbound Clifford Street, where they will head westbound on 12th Street to southbound Harrison Street.
This closure will be in effect approximately three weeks with 14th Street expected to reopen by early August.
