FLINT -- Two Mid-Michigan work places have gone head to head in the Commit to Get Fit Challenge. Flint’s Health Plus of Michigan took on Citizens Bank, battling the bulge for six straight weeks.

Monday, Crim race founder, Bobby Crim awarded Health Plus for dropping the most pounds.

Crim says he hopes more companies will do competitions like this.” If we could just have every employer in this state, in this country, do a program like this- get their employees involved in some kind of fitness challenge or fitness program, what it would do for our health and what it would do for our healthcare cost in this country would be tremendous.," Crim stated moments after awarding the Nash-Hill trophy.

Commit to Get Fit is a national program that helps communities lead healthier life-styles. Find out more at http://www.committogetfit.us.
