(AP) -- Imprisoned ex-Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick has given a deposition in a civil suit by the family of a slain Detroit stripper. Kilpatrick arrived Thursday at U.S. District Court in Detroit from a federal prison in Milan, Mich. He was questioned for several hours by Norman Yatooma, lawyer for Tamara Greene's three children.
Yatooma won't reveal what Kilpatrick said. The suit against Detroit and Kilpatrick says authorities hindered a police probe of Greene's 2003 killing. Greene was shot outside her home in 2003. She's rumored to have performed earlier at a private party at the mayor's Manoogian mansion.
Kilpatrick's wife Carlita and father Bernard are expected to give depositions next month in Texas, where she lives.
