Several local police agencies combine forces to find a killer before he does it again.
Since late May until this past Monday, police say he's stabbed 15 people killing five of them.
The suspect's description is a white man, 5'11'' to 6'2'' with a heavy, muscular build with possibly lighter hair.
The victims are smaller black men, vulnerable, one was older, two were special needs.
Police say this person isn't after anything. He didn't rob his victims. It seems like the only thing he's after is violence.
The stabbings happened throughout Genesee County. Four victims died in Flint, one in Flint Township.
Flint Police, Flint Township Police, Genesee Township Police, Burton Police, Michigan State Police, and the University of Michigan Flint Police are sharing information to help track the killer down.
Lt. T.P. Johnson of the Flint Police Department says, "We're having regular meetings, two, three times a day in our efforts to catch this suspect."
Police say, the suspect drives around alone late in the evening or early in the morning. He sometimes asks for directions or says he's having car trouble.
Johnson says, "This suspect is preying on people's good will, and he's seeks them out and asking for help and receives it. He repays it by repeatedly stabbing the good Samaritan."
In response, police want the public to be on alert.
Flint Police Chief Alvern Lock says, "They should not be alone during this time. Lawlessness of this nature can not be tolerated, and we are working to apprehend this suspect before anything else happens."
Investigators say, they've received a couple tips with possible leads. However, they're not releasing that specific information at this time. They're also re-interviewing victims.
