Overgrown lawns, dying trees and worn-out homes will soon be a thing of the past in one Saginaw community.
The city is joining forces with Covenant hospital, the Northwest Neighborhood Association, Circle of Love and the CDC to clean up Hill Street.
More than 200 volunteers say it's time to work together to beautify their community.
"We are tired of coming into our workplaces and seeing all this blight," said Pam Brazil, who is with the Circle of Love. "So we said we are going to do something about it."
