FLINT -- The Medicare Medicaid Assistance Program is screening any Medicare Beneficiaries with limited income and resources who may be eligible for low Income Subsidies or extra help to pay the cost of Part D prescriptions drug co-pays and Part B premium assistance.
Please call the Valley Area on Aging Medicare Medicaid Assistance Program hot line at 1-800-803-7174x247 to be screened for eligibility. Please leave a brief message and someone will return your call as soon as possible. The following information will be needed for the telephone screening process: Name, Address, City, State, Zip Code, Date of Birth, Social Security Number and total monthly household income. You will also be required to provide additional income information, such as saving accounts, IRAs, etc.
