PIGEON -- 28 year old Ryan S. Welshans of Pigeon has been charged with three counts of Indecent Exposure.
The Huron Co. Sheriff reports the charges stem from an investigation that involves children under the age of 16. The incidents allegedly occurred between November of 2009 and May of 2010. The children were living in his household in McKinley Township.
These charges are 1-year misdemeanors. He is currently lodged in the Huron County Jail. Bond has been $10,000 cash.
