They make up around seven to 15 percent of the population, and they came together to help build a home.
Around half of the builders who fixed up a home on Avon Street in Saginaw are left-handed.
It's being called the "World's First" Left-Handers and Friends Build for Habitat for Humanity.
The new owner, Patricia Marcelin, says "I greatly appreciate all the hands that were put into this project. I really do. It's just wonderful to have people come and do this."
The homeowner says she'll move in in the next few weeks.
She says one of her four children is also left-handed.
