(AP) -- Macomb County authorities say a body found in Lake St. Clair belongs to a missing Michigan bank executive. Sheriff Mark Hackel said during a news conference Monday that he believes the body found by duck hunters Sunday evening near Jefferson and Shook roads belongs to 62-year-old David Widlak of Grosse Pointe Farms.
Widlak was last was seen at the Mount Clemens-based Community Central Bank Corp. administrative offices Sept. 15. His car was in the parking lot when a maintenance worker found the offices in disarray the following morning.
Hackel said personal belongings found on the body northeast of Detroit included a cell phone and money.
No cause of death was determined. An autopsy is planned Monday. The case is being treated as a homicide.
