BAY CITY -- The following is a message from teh Bay City Police Department:
Around 9:00p.m. Wednesday, Bay County Central Dispatch received a 911 call regarding gun shots being fired at a residence near North Madison Avenue and 11th Street on Bay City's Eastside.
Witnesses say there was an argument between several individuals when shots were fired. No one was injured. A shell casing from a semi-automatic pistol was found at the scene.
A short time later, a suspect was taken into custody and lodged in the Bay County Jail pending charges from the Bay County Prosecutor's Office.
