FLINT -- A woman who shot and killed a man will not be charged.

38 year old Derrick Walker jumped through the window of the Quick Stop convenience store on Davison Road in Flint on October 11, 2010.

The 28 year old clerk was trapped inside with no way out,  so she shot and killed Walker.

The Genesee County Prosecutor's office tells NBC25 the woman will not be charged for defending herself.
