Verizon Wireless is calling on you for help bringing hundreds of children a merry Christmas.
The Bay City and Standish locations have teamed up with the Bay Area Women’s Center for the holiday. The Center provides support or shelter to women and children affected by domestic violence.
Store managers are asking customers to help them collect enough new and unwrapped toys or books for 200 children. The children are up to 17 years old.
The stores are located on South Main in Standish and on Wilder Road in Bay City.
