FRANKENMUTH -- Five people have been charged with the Christmas Day vandalism at Bronner's Christmas Wonderland in Frankenmuth.
Saginaw County Prosecutor Michael D. Thomas said the suspects have been charged with malicious destruction of property more than $20,000 and conspiracy, both felonies with maximum penalties of 10 years in jail and or $15,000 in fines, or three times the amount of the destruction, whichever is greater.
The five charged are: Branden Dean, 20, of Mt. Morris; Nickolas Bright, 21, of Mt. Morris; Samuel Quintanilla, 20, of Genesee; Caleb Quintanilla, 17, of Genesee; and Ryan Buchler, 19, of Mt. Morris.
All but Buchler are currently being held in Saginaw County Jail and will be arraigned Monday in 70th District Court. Judge Terry Clark today set bail for all five defendants at $40,000.
