Here's an update to a story NBC25 first brought you about a local man who says he got audited for selling $23 worth of vegetables from his garden.

Don Dunklee of Genesee County's Richfield Township said he met with the IRS on Wednesday. The IRS said there will be no changes to his 2009 tax filing.

That filing included $23 worth of vegetables he sold from his garden.

Don says the audit was a huge waste of time and resources.

He says the IRS told him it was a random audit.

However, the IRS told NBC25 it could not comment on the case.
