Three of the five suspects accused of destroying 75-figurines and causing $40,000 worth of damage at Bronner's Christmas Wonderland on Christmas Day faced a judge Friday afternoon.

The suspects waived their right to have a preliminary exam 14-days after their arraignment.

That's because more police reports and evidence have come out and both the prosecution and defense want more time to comb through the fact.

Defense attorney Michael Manley says, "We did receive some new discovery today along with some CD's, probably audio, tapes. We have not had the opportunity to go over the new discovery at this point and time and we have at least started to have some dialogue about potential resolutions."

The prosecution and defense did not want to talk after the hearing saying they want to tone down the case.

At least one of the defense attorneys has said he expects plea deals.

The suspects next court date has not been set yet.
