(AP) -- A southwestern Michigan mother of two has been missing since earlier this week and area residents have been praying for her return. The Kalamazoo Gazette and The Herald-Palladium of St. Joseph report 30-year-old Amy Henslee of Van Buren County's Hartford Township was last seen Monday when her husband, James, left for work from their home about 60 miles southwest of Grand Rapids.
Her purse and identification were found at home. James Henslee says they usually spoke by phone during his 10 a.m. work break, but he couldn't reach her Monday.
A news conference was planned for Thursday morning at the sheriff's office in Paw Paw. Friends, family and others gathered Wednesday evening at the Hartford Community Center to pray for the woman's safe return and to support her family.
