Update at 9:39 a.m: All four Covenant MedExpress locations will be closed today and will reopen Thursday.
Update at 7:43 a.m.: The Fashion Square and Midland Mall will open at 1 p.m. The Birch Run Outlets will be closed all day Wednesday. Wal-Mart on Corunna Road in Flint is closed today, as well. Bay County Courts are closed, too.
Update at 7:37 a.m.: Saginaw County has several roads that are impassable. Many cars are stuck in roadways due to large amounts of snow. Travel is extremely hazardous.
Update at 7:32 a.m.: Many government offices and retail stores have closed for the day. If for some reason you have to go out, call ahead to make sure your destination is open.
Update at 3:22 a.m.: Veterans' Bridge in Bay City has become impassable because of weather conditions, according to Bay City Central Dispatch.
Update at 3:09 a.m.: The Village of Birch Run is without power.
2:15 a.m. Wednesday: Bay City Police have closed Independence Bridge because of weather conditions.
