It's going to be a great weekend to get out and celebrate St. Patrick's Day and kick off spring. The party continues through the weekend in Bay City and everyone is invited to the the 57th Bay City St. Patrick's Day Parade on Sunday, March 20th at 2:00 p.m.

The parade began back in 1955 and has continued to grow each year.

The 2011 parade will be led by Honorary Parade Marshall, Judge Timothy Kelly.

The parade begins at Center and Park Avenues and ends at Wenona Park.

Entries include the St. Patrick’s Day queen’s float, marching bands, pipe bands, and drill teams along with new entries. All will be marching to celebrate the Irish, the community and the beginning of spring.
