According to The Today Show, Elizabeth Taylor has died.
She died of congestive heart failure at 79 years old. She leaves behind four children, and several grand children and great grand children.
The popular movie website, IMBD, says, “Elizabeth Taylor is considered one of the last, if not the last major star, to have come out of the old Hollywood studio system.”
She was born in London, England in 1932. She began her acting career at 12 years old, and continued to shine throughout her life.
She was active in aids research, and founded the Elizabeth Taylor Aids Foundation. The family is asking for people wishing to remember Elizabeth, to donate to the foundation here.
