Four months in jail, that's the sentence for a Bad Axe woman who drove away after her fiance' jumped from her moving vehicle and later passed away.

Forty-two year old Robert Arntz jumped from Chubb's minivan February 21, 2011 during an argument.

He died of his injuries March 13th.

Chubb says she would have never left him there if she knew he was hurt.

She says she tried to keep him from jumping.

Chubb will also be on probation for 24-months.
