The Endeavor has successfully launched into space. It will return from its mission on June 1st.

The Space Shuttle Endeavor will launch is scheduled to launch Monday morning. You can watch live video of the even here.

NBC news states that the launch is on "at least" a 72-hour hold, and will take place no earlier than Monday afternoon.

NASA has announced the the space shuttle Endeavor launch has been post-poned for at least 38 hours. NBC25 is continuing to follow the story, and will have more as it becomes available.
Thousands have gathered to watch the space shuttle Endeavor’s final voyage into space.
According to MSNBC, President Barack Obama and his family will be at Kennedy Space Center in Florida for the event.
U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords will also be there as her husband, commander Mark Kelly, joins the ship’s fleet.
Congresswoman Giffords was critically injured during a shooting rampage in Arizona in January. She has made a remarkable recovery, and has been deemed well enough to make the appearance at the takeoff of Friday’s voyage.
The “swan song” of the Endeavor is scheduled to take place at 3:47 p.m. You can watch it live on the MSNBC website.
