GENESEE COUNTY -- Over two inches of rain last night, coupled with another inch or more this morning in Genesee County has created another flooding situation.  Many reports of flooded roads are coming in.  Use caution and do not attempt to drive over flooded roads, as some reports of stuck vehicles are also coming in.  Allow plenty of extra time to reach your destination.  Some of the reports so far:

N OAK RD & E COLDWATER RD Richfield Township
W WILSON RD & N DUFFIELD RD Montrose Township
FLUSHING RD & MILL RD Flint Township
S SAGINAW ST & CENTER RD Grand Blanc City
FLUSHING RD & N LINDEN RD Flint Township

Also a trained spotter reports that several roads in the Davison area are flooded, including a trailer park.  We're working to get more information.  A flood warning is posted for the Kearsley Creek near Davison as well.  Measures should be taken to protect life and property near the banks of both.  A flood warning also remains in effect for the Shiawassee River in Shiawassee County.  A flood warning is also in effect for the Flint river, where flooding today is likely to become more severe along its banks.
