SAGINAW -- A group of pastors are giving away food to those in need in the Saginaw County area.

Parishioners on Patrol is partnering with several community organizations and will be passing out bags of groceries beginning at 11:00 a.m. Thursday at the Buena Vista Community Center on South Outer Drive.

The food is served on a first-come first-serve basis.

In order to receive the food, you must present either a valid driver’s license or State ID.

Parishioners on Patrol was started by Pastor Larry Camel. The group’s goal is to clean up the area, reduce crime, and offer assistance to those in need. To learn more about the organization or to donate to their cause click here.
