This weekend thousands will be downtown Bad Axe for the annual Bad Axe Hatchet Festival! It's an event not only the people in the community look forward to each year, but also people from all over the region look forward to.
Chamber of Commerce President Joshua Roggenbuck says there is going to be a ton of things to do where for the entire family to enjoy. "We will have live entertainment, a lot of things for the kids to do like a petting zoo and an exotic animal exhibit."
Most of the excitement for the Hatchet Festival will be taking place right on Main Street or in the city park area.
This year is expected to be the biggest year yet for the festival.
