Bay County Prosecutor Kurt Asbury tells NBC25 Craig Julian was found guilty of First Degree Premeditated Murder and Unlawfully Removing / Disposing a Human Body. He is scheduled to be sentenced on August 1st.
Craig Julian has been found guilty in the homicide of Lynn Spicer.
A jury reached the verdict against the 19-year-old Monday after days of hearing testimonies in the Bay County Circuit Court.
The body of 33-year-old Lynn Spicer was found in a shallow grave at an abandoned lot in August 2010. After further investigation, authorities linked Craig and his brother 22-year-old Jeffrey Julian II to the crime.
Jeffrey had been dating Lynn when she was found dead. He allegedly admitted to the killing, but he has not been convicted in the case.
Craig is scheduled to be sentenced in August.
