A "Pierson Hood" gang member is convicted of murdering a seven-year-old boy.
Friday, a jury convicted 32-year-old Jarvon Brown, for the 2004 fatal shooting of 7-year-old Karibe Anderson.
Anderson was sleeping on a mattress on the living room floor of his aunt's house on Flint's north side when gunshots were fired into the house just before dawn.
Anderson was struck in the head and died the next day.
Brown faces life in prison.
