WASHINGTON, D.C. -- NBC25 has received information from The White House, that President Barack Obama will make an announcement Wednesday night regarding withdrawing troops from Afghanistan.
According to the Associated Press, while he’s still in the final decision making plans, the President plans to begin moving troops home in July. He hopes to give Afghanistan complete control of their security by 2014.
