Reports say the fight broke out after a Styx concert in Bay City.
BAY COUNTY -- A Carrollton man, accused of beating another with a baseball bat, will remain jailed until his court hearings begin.
Brandon Carbeno, 27, is accused of attacking a person with the bat after the Styx concert in Bay City Saturday night.
The Bay City Times reports the victim, 44-year-old Chene D. Swarthout, was taken to Bay Regional Medical Center where he was listed in critical condition.
Bay County District Court Judge Dawn A. Kilda arraigned Carbeno Monday on a count of assault with intent to commit murder, and a count of assault with intent to do great bodily harm.
A Preliminary Exam has been scheduled for July 11th in the District Court.
