Ludington police look for baby 'in extreme danger'

LUDINGTON -- A three day search for a missing Michigan four month old turns up some evidence.

Authorities say they found the clothing of Katherine Phillips, the missing infant. Police are not disclosing where the clothing was found.

Ludington Police arrested the child's father, 21-year-old Sean Michael Phillips, as a key suspect in the child's disappearance. He has been charged with kidnapping and jailed on a $500,000 bond.

The father claims the child is still alive.

According to NBC25's sister station, WOOD-TV, investogators are looking for a group of people who may have witnessed the abduction.  The report says the peopel were last seen lauching a blue and white boat at Hackert Lake (Also known as Crystal Lake) Wednesday.  It could possibly be a family with children.

The U.S. Coast Guard and FBI have joined in the search for Katherine.
