CHESANING -- NBC25 is Traveling Mid-Michigan this week to Chesaning, home of the Showboat Festival.
The summer concerts bring tourism to the area, and help local businesses survive.
This year Mandi Layne and the Lost Highway, Sick Puppies, Larry McCray, and Laurie Middlebrook are just a few of the artists performing.
The festival events kicked off Monday, July 11th, and goes through July 16th.
