OSHTEMO TWP. -- Hazmat teams were called to a Michigan McDonald after someone sprayed a chemical through the drive-thru window at several employees.
NBC25’s sister station, WOOD-TV, reports four employees of a Oshtemo Township McDonald’s location suffered burning eyes, skin, and throats around 3:30 a.m. Sunday after a man and woman received their order, and then sprayed the chemical through the window.
A Hazmat team was called to the scene, and investigators said it appears the chemicals are similar to those found in a fire extinguisher.
The suspects fled the scene, and haven’t been found yet. There’s no information on why they’d do such an act.
