FLINT -- Update: August 29th

The Flint Journal reports the second shooting victim, 19-year-old Marquelle Coleman, has died. Police are still investigating the playground shooting and are asking any witnesses to please come forward with information.

A shooting at an elementary school playground has killed at least one man and has left another in critical condition.

A crowd of people gathered early Sunday morning to watch police comb over the city's latest homicide scene. Police say two young men where gunned down behind Bryant Elementary School near the playground around 2:00 a.m. At least one of the victims was shot several times in the back.

Crews rushed one man to Hurley Medical Center. He was last listed in critical condition. Witnesses say the other young man did not survive.

Investigators are still trying to determine the motive, and are asking any witnesses to come forward.

Both police and neighbors say this type of scene is getting too common.
