Midland County Prosecutors have charged 23-year-old Nicholas Andrews with two counts of vehicular homicide after a deadly hit and run over the weekend on U.S. 10.

Andrews was allegedly driving a Chevy Silverado that crashed into a Ford Escort on U.S. 10 early Saturday morning.

The Midland County Sheriff's office says 69-year-old Theodore Francis Fackler and his wife 67-year-old Barbara Olive Fackler were killed in the crash.

Andrews reportedly drove off from the scene without stopping to help. Officials found his vehicle abandoned around 8:30 a.m. Saturday.
