A Saginaw man shot Friday afternoon dies at a local hospital a Sunday afternoon.
NBC25 was first on the scene at the intersection of 16th and Lapeer.
Someone shot 37-year-old Terrance Jones in the neck and chest.
Police believe Jones and the shooter had an altercation before the shots.
Jones is the city's 10th homicide of the year.
