MidMichigan U.S. Coast Guard stations make rescues

U.S. Coast Guard boatcrews from two MidMichigan stations make rescues Saturday.

The first one involved Station Tawas rescuing a kite-boarder who became entangled three miles north of Tawas Point in Lake Huron Saturday afternoon.

Then Saturday night, a speedboat hit a buoy in Saginaw Bay Channel.

A boat crew from Station Saginaw rescued four people.
