NBC News reports that when it comes to getting your kids to eat more fruit, color may be key.
Researchers at Cornell University observed most fruit in school lunchrooms are sold in metal trays or bowls in inconvenient locations.
So, for an entire semester they conducted an experiment at three New York schools where fruit was placed in colorful bowls at the front of the line.
When they compared sales from the previous year, they noticed sales skyrocketed by 105-percent!
