NBC News reports Johnson & Johnson will remove potentially cancerous compounds from baby shampoo.
The report says one of the chemicals is a preservative that releases formaldehyde during the manufacturing process, but according to Johnson & Johnson, both compounds are safe and legal.
The questionable chemicals will be removed from all of the company’s baby shampoos over the next two years.
