Patrick Jones went missing Sunday from an adult foster care home.

SAGINAW TWP. -- Patrick Jones, the man who went missing after signing himself out of an Adult Foster Care Home, has been found alive and well.

The Saginaw Township Police Department reports Jones was discovered around 12:21 a.m. Wednesday by a Michigan State Police trooper in the Bay City area. 

Jones had been missing since Sunday morning when he checked himself out of the home n the 3000 block of Hospital Road.  He suffers from a mental illness, and police issued an alert notifying the public to be on the lookout for him.

Fortunately Jones was uninjured and is safely back home.
