LEESBURG, VA -- MSNBC reports a skeleton Santa Clause hanging on a cross has caused much controversy this holiday season.
Local citizens decided on ten holiday displays to hang outside the city’s courthouse the December.
However, the scene of a skeleton Santa hanging from a cross outraged some residents. Some residents took it down. It was put back up, only for a woman to knock off its head the next day.
MSNBC says that after the two incidents of vandalism, the mother and teen took the display down for good.
