Patricia Ball replaces Deb Kiertzner
FLINT -- The Crim Fitness Foundation has named Patricia Ball as its new director for the Crim Festival of Races.
Ball replaces Deb Kiertzner, who stepped down in early November.
"We spoke with candidates from across the country interested in coming to Flint and helping us with our mission and Pat was clearly the best choice to continue our 35 year heritage as the premier 10 mile race in Michigan and to lead our new expansion efforts in race management statewide,” said Crim Fitness Foundation CEO Gerry Myers, in a written statement.
Ball previously served as the race director for the Detroit Free Press Marathon.
The Crim Festival of Races celebrated its 35th anniversary in August.
