     Researchers say you don't have to make ambitious fitness goals to improve your health.  Even the smallest lifestyle changes can help you live longer.

     They followed more than 17,000 adults, looking at seven different health behaviors like exercise, diet, smoking and glucose levels.

     After four years, they found the risk of death dropped by 14 percent for an improvement in just one of those categories.
