The newest employee of the Bay County Prosecutor's office takes regular naps and water breaks.

Unusual perks you say?

Not really, considering he's a dog.

Dodger has his own office, complete with name plate.

He has his own beanbag chair, toys, and assortment of neck ties.

Dodger helps children be more comfortable when they have to testify in an intimidating courtroom.

"If we can do something that reduces that anxiety level, reduces their stress, it's a good thing and dodger does that and does it wonderfully," says Dodger's owner Bay County Prosecutor Kurt Asbury.

The yellow lab is about a year and a half old.

He had to go to several months of training before he qualified for his position.

Dodger even has a Facebook page.
