GENESEE COUNTY -- Voters in Lapeer and Genesee Counties rejected a pair of millages that would have raised close to $12 million for schools improvements in the LakeVille School District.
Millage proposal one was voted down 54%-46%. The millage would have raised money for building improvements and energy upgrades on several campuses.
Millage proposal two was voted down 63%-37%. The millage would have raised money for a new auditorium at LakeVille High School
